The company operates from Kajang, they would ask their customer to pay in full by instalments upto 1 year before departure. They would threatened, any delay in instalment payment, willl result in your money burned. But when their holiday departure days arrive, the company will give many excuses to postpone the holidays date. But the later dates were never given.
The company has since March 2019 ask their customer travelling in March 2019 till Dec 2019 to fill up a form cancellation form for refund. However, no customer has received any refund. No customer has since received any refund as promised. The Lawyer which we contacted said; it is their strategy to delay customer from making police reports.
Please beware of this Touristguide Tour Agency. A lawyer friend has adviced to make the necessary police reports and then to proceed to file your case with the "Tribunal Pengguna".

I was being scammed by this company Tourist Guide Asia a.k.a Want To Go Holiday Sdn Bhd. I suppose to travel by end of March. But I got a message from them that my trip was being cancelled. Their company is currently under investigation by Malaysia authorities. CEO was being arrested. That’s what read from the news 1 or 2 weeks ago. I am just curious how did Malaysia Tourism department be able approve such company. Make other people believe that this company is legit.

I purchased my package to Paris Disneyland last year in April 2018 and my travelling date is suppose to be March 2019. It is my 10th wedding anniversary trip with my husband. My final payment was made on October 2018.
On 14th Feb 2019, we read news from Oriental Daily that 120 people were stranded at KLIA due to last minute cancellation of their Turkey trip by travel company. I try to search from FB Tourist Guide Asia and saw the news. Try to contact all the phones number available but no answer / not in service.
On 21st Feb 2019, I received a WhatsApp
and email message as follows :
Dear Customer,
We apologize in the delay to reach you. For your kind information, we are cancelling all our departures till June 2019.
Regrettably, you will not be able to travel on your travel date as per confirmed earlier by our management. We are making this announcement now because our office is under the investigation of High Authority of Police, therefore, the office is shut till future notice. Once, we receive the approval to operate, we will notified all our travelers in FB for our way forward plan and refund process. We have sent an official announcement to your email. We apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patient.

We feel cheated and dissapointed thus we had make a police report on 23 Feb and 24 Feb at Commercial Investigation unit. Police told us there is 5 victim that had make a police report in Melaka and the CEO is currently being remanded for their investigation.
I just hope that more victim will go and make police report to protect yourselves and so that the company is able to refund us our money paid.
The company official receipt name is 'Want To Go Holiday Sdn Bhd'. And they had change their company name in FB to 'Infinity Vacation Sdn Bhd'.
