Jonker Street is the main street of China town in Melaka. Do not search for street as it is Jalan Hang Jebat. Here the owner of a Durian Chendol and traditional Chinese cookies, dried fruits, sweets deserts shop has constructed a sign board stating "Jonker street" - pronouce as Yonker street. Here is the enterance to Jonker street.

The place has shops selling clothings, Handicrafts, street food like Nonya food, chicken rice balls, chendol, Assam laksa, wanton noodles. There are many restaurants, cafe, temples and a night market on saturday and sunday.
